Cravath system & Pyramid calisthenics
Cravath System => The culture of embracing quitting; Move up or out. Incentivizes building long-lasting legacies as well as providing opportunities for ambitious and talented employees to achieve value quickly
Pyramid calisthenics => Learned a cool workout during my kickboxing class. It's not terribly new but I've experienced how effective it is. I expanded a bit further than in my class by adding pull-ups and inverted push-ups. But in any event, the premise is simple but effective . . Do a set number of reps of each exercise without stopping and then do another set with just one less rep and so on. I've started doing just ten reps but that still comes out to 55 reps of each exercise. 55 squat thrusts, pull-ups, and inverted push-ups are not easy to do continuously.
